Introduction

Welcome to the most daring and vile collection of gamers the MMO worlds have ever known! The Dominus Letum Empire! On behalf of the DLE Management we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing us, wanting to join us and for understanding the value of a well established and very ambitious gaming community destined to continue down the path of success!

Dominus Letum was founded by Asmodae and a collection of former Iret ne Xotli members. In its prime Iret ne Xotli was the most respected and most dominant guilds in all of Age of Conan on the Bane server. A test server for Funcom’s attempt at Cultural Warfare, Iret ne Xotli was a guild made up of pure Stygian Class characters. We openly defied many of the mixed race guilds and although we were always at a disadvantage class wise we consistantly defied all odds and pushed those guilds to their limits. Unfortunately the server lost population numbers due to a lack of support and end game content from Funcom. After some serious debate Iret ne Xotli migrated to WAR!

As one of the Most Dominant PVP guilds in all of AoC Dominus Letum is now evolving into a multi faceted MMO guild. Our Dark Crusade starts now!

 

The Dominus Letum Mission

Our goal as a multi mmo gaming community is to bring together players from all walks of gaming. The Dominus Letum Empire plays the HARDCORE game with a laid back and kick back attitude. Although our chief focus is Player vs Player (PVP) combat we do realize thatin order to master all aspects of MMO franchises we must also master all game mechanics which include the following: PVE (Raiding), Crafting and Community Building.

A Unique Guild

A Guild unlike any other, part of what makes Dominus Letum so successful is the fact that we group very well together and have fun doing it as well. Yes Dominus Letum houses some of the absolute best PVP players found in a gaming community but at the same time we love to quest it up with our fellow members and do not have Elitest Attitudes. We also practice the "Never Left Behind" rule. Regardless of player level if any of our members need help, assistance or are getting ganked by higher level players we all come like a swarm of bees to have our players backs.

Our ventrilo conversations and topics of discussions are legendary, our male and female playing base is amazing and the scope and family atmosphere is unrivaled. Some guilds talk the talk but DLE walks the walk.

The Golden Rules of our Success!

While the DLE is probably one of the most casual gaming atmospheres you will find in terms of "Non Mandatory" BS which plague other guilds we are probably pound for pound one of the absolute best HARDCORE collection of gamers you will find. Our Golden rules of our many success are listed below!

Treat others as you would like to be treated: While self explanatory this goes without saying. In Dominus Letum all of our members are like family. Our members are not just another statistic or number padding our guild member stats.

Get to know your fellow guildmates: While not mandatory we highly encourage grouping with everyone. This helps promote great team play and allows us to learn how we each play. This is part of why we were so successful in PVP skirmish in Age of Conan and other MMO’s we played. We're all on the same team and working for the same cause, Remember united we stand divided we fall!

Not an Elite Club: While we do have some very good players and PVP players we are not an elitest guild at all. You wont hear someone barking hardcore orders and demanding that players play a certain class or pick up a certain job or skill. While many elitest guilds mock this concept many of those same guilds have fallen to us and now are openly at war with us in other MMO’s due to our mockery of them. You see people fight harder for something the belive in and in dominus Letum by encouraging a family orientated and mature atmosphere we have just that!

Officers – Not an EXCLUSIVE CLUB: Officers are there for the people, and represent the masses. They are also those willing and dedicated to provide a lot of personal time to assist with the upkeep of the guild. Officers earn their places among us and are not picked based on who or what they are. Therefore all Officers of Dominus Letum are expected to earn their keep. You will always find our Officers in the fields playing with all members regardless of player level. This is a TEAM and not an I environment.

NEVER LEFT ALONE: As we traverse these worlds and push for server dominance we may find ourselves stuck in a jam whether it be PVP gameplay or a hard quest. With that being said all members can rest assured that at any time they simply have to state that they need help and any or all members will do our best to assist. As alluded to above this is a TEAM environment and team work is highly encouraged.


Structure

The Dominus Letum Empire is proud to be a multi-gaming community.However to maintain such continuity one must have a live and stable infrustructure. The Dominus Letum Empire's Heirarchy consists of many great leaders who have earned their positions through hard work and dedication to the entire gaming community. While the Role of the Overall Guild Leader is to effectively market and run the daily operations of the entire gaming community the GM's server in more micro management roles. Each MMO the DLE dives into has a well established DLE Officer serving as the overall HEAD director for that specific chapter. Each GM also has the appropriate Officers and Commanders serving under them effectively running an entire mini Guild/Legion in its own right. Few guilds talk the talk but DLE actually walks the walk. With our massive success across various MMO's and the countless Beta's many of our players have participated in coupled with the feed back provided to developers the DLE is poised in becoming one of the most successful "TRUE" Multli Gaming Communities in existence.

Communications: The DLE offers many forms of communication between our wide array of community members. Utilizing Vbulletins Software, the DLE has a very robust and Active forum with well over 700+ members. We also offer a full Ventrilo voice Server currently ranked amongst the top in total usage on Gameservers.com website. The DLE will also soon be launching a full DLE RADIO station hosted by Asmo and Quick and will also be launching a multi gaming community DLE Magazine written by players for players covering many topics in an unbiased fashion.
