Core Values and Offerings
Dominus Letum is an active and thriving mature gaming community looking to have fun in various ways. Members are ALWAYS encouraged to become involved and speak their minds on various related topics. Although the guild has its leader and Officers we are all open to the various suggestions of our players that could potentially enhance our game play.We do however tell everyone that although all suggestions will be taken into serious consideration just know that all suggestions may not be feasable for the growth of the entire guild. Yes we do whats best for the collective not the single minded individual =). With that being said EVERYONE has a voice, and using it helps us grow wiser and gives us the means and information necessary to continually improve!
What is Expected of a Dominus Letum Member
One of the very founding aspects of our guild is that it was designed to be a very close group of People. We want to provide our members with a fun, energizing, competitive, and constant learning experience. MMO's are designed to promote large group play and we take our community very seriously. We encourage interactions and friendships as long as our members always remember the reputation that we hope to maintain across all MMO's we traverse. Any disputes, regardless of their appearance, should be handled through our Officers. We also ask that minor disputes be handled through various channels and that we not clog our channels or the worldwide public channels with potentially offensive material.
Another element that we feel is very important is the desire to not only accomplish feats for ourselves, but to also help others accomplish things together. Part of becoming a close comminuty will be devoting the time to getting to know each other and accomplishing things together and building relationships. We want to stress that we encourage all members of this kinship to offer their time to helping others as they’d expect to be helped themselves. A PvP server does not allow people the same freedoms and solo content as other servers. To be a member of this guild is to become a part of the family. We stand together and we fall together.
Socialization and Communication
Perhaps the most important element of creating a strong comminuty is overcoming the great barrier of communication. This can be accomplished by following some simple steps that we will detail further below.
Ventrilo:
Our guild has a Ventrilo server that is available for use at any hour by all of our members. If you are not familiar with this program, then please follow this link and download the program. Although we do not require a microphone, we do require that all members who are active in PVP,doing dungeons or are raiding be logged into our vent server to listen to various strategies and be ready for commands from the raid leader.

The Website and Forums:
We want to encourage all of our members to stay very active on our website and in our forums. We have built in many places for people to use their creativity and have fun interacting with their fellow guild mates.
The forums are a great place for people to share information not only on quests and game updates but also to share funny stories and pictures. This is also the place where ideas should be shared and even controversial issues should be discussed.
Application and Membership Process
The application process is actually a 3 step process.
STEP 1:
Before one can apply one must first register in our forums. Please do so by clicking here http://dominusletum.com/forums/register.php. If possible please try to use the same in game name as your primary toon or your ventrilo name to avoid confusion.
STEP 2:
Once you have registered simply jump to your primary MMO you wish to join us as. Yes you will have the opportunity to play all of our MMO’s but an application need only be filled out for your primary one. Please be honest and as thorough as possible in your application. Also during this time members of Dominus Letum may ask for more detailed information. Please be courtious and respond as best as you can. The Application process usually takes between 24-36 hours based on feedback from fellow members.

STEP 3:
Once the application is complete please be sure to visit it as often as you can in order to answer any questions as necessary. If approved you will be invited to the guild on a probationary/initiate status. During this phase you will be evaluated as a player but more importantly as a person. Dominus Letum strives to offer a very competitive environment void of all elitism and hardcore dictatoral philosophies. We take GREAT pride in offering many unique perks and do our best to find not only the best players around but the best people as well. Once fully admitted into our Fraternity you will see and come to understand this first hand. We look forward to seeing you on the battlefield.
A Message from our Guild Founder
To any future candidates who wish to join keep in mind that this is a casual guild with NO MANDATORY play recuirements and no militaristic heirarchy. Yes we have a structure and yes we have rules but no we WILL NOT FORCE any player to log in at this time on this day or run the risk of getting booted.
I consider all of our players casual players but do not let this decieve you. The DLE has some of the most ruthless PvP players out there. Im sure you have all seen our ORvR run WB's lead by our PVP Tactician Covenant. We use some crazy tactics and are ruthelss in our approach!
All new recruits remember that you earn your keep in this guild and get only what you put into it. Be a TEAM player, assist your fellow brothers and sisters in War and you will be a Full member in no time. Show leadership qualities, lead groups or WB's be proactive and you will move of the ranks only limited by your ambitions! You see We've successfully built a system that works, a gaming community void of all QQers, wanabee Dictatorship and elitest types. A guild full of people who are sick and tired of the guild hopping who all want the same thing...Dominance on all MMO's under a unified tag they can all be proud of!
Those seeking entry into this prestigous guild must fill out a guild application as this is the FIRST step to become a Tiro (probationary member). If approved you will become an initiate member. At this time you will be given access to our forums as an initiate member.
If deemed worthy by our Dark Lord you will successfully become a full member. Please be sure to properly fill out the application as not all are accepted into this Dark Order. Please also provide 24 hours for application review. You will have access to your application so please continue to check it often as some members may have questions regarding your application.
